Customer Success Manager (México)

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in México. As a CSM at Retargetly, you will make sure our customers take full advantage of our products in order to maximize their campaign metrics. You will make sure our audiences are integrated as key pillars of our customers’ media and marketing strategies. You will also participate in training and educating our customers, as well as distributing related materials.

Demonstrable experience in the advertising industry.

Experience implementing and optimizing campaigns in DSPs (DV360, MediaMath, Xandr, etc.)

Experience in data-driven marketing or in companies associated with Adtech, Martech, SaaS or Programmatic advertising.

Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Disposition and proactive approach to learning and adopting new tools, both internal and external. 


Daily follow-up to our customers, proposing audiences and campaign optimizations. 

Act as the first point of contact regarding technical issues and questions, providing product guidance and performing troubleshooting.

Take ownership of our customers’ problems and collaborate with our sales, product and tech areas to achieve a solution as soon as possible; making sure our high satisfaction standards are maintained.

Achieve and overachieve our operational and sales goals.

Identify and report problems, bugs and other errors to our tech team.

Work as a liaison between sales, tech and product to improve support processes and propose new functionalities. 

Stay up to date with current trends in data-driven marketing, adtech, programmatic, etc. As well as new technologies and offerings from our competitors.
